UltraFinishing™ Metal: Heavy duty brushing machine

The IMEAS UltraFinishing™ ("UF") is a family of machines that features a very strong frame, high power ratio and a useful width of up to 2600 mm, specifically engineered to brush the surface of heavy plates such as aluminium and stainless steel.

This machines are available in many configurations that span from one top unit to up to four opposite units to fit all customers needs. The high power of brushing motors allows to process soft as well as hard metals.
