With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Franco Zenere, Honorary Chairman of IMEAS<\/p>\n\n
Franco dedicated over 60 years of his life to the sanding and finishing industry. His journey began in the mid-1960s, when, just in his early twenties, he joined ISAD \u2013 one of the first Italian companies in the field. He later moved to IMEAS where he held various roles, from operations to sales, eventually taking on the role of General Manager in the early 1980s\u2014a position he held for more than 40 years with competence, vision, and dedication.<\/p>\n\n
Under his leadership, IMEAS grew to become an international benchmark in sanding and grinding solutions for Wood based panels and metal plates, standing out for its technological innovation, quality, and reliability.<\/p>\n\n
Franco embodied a discreet yet impactful leadership style, leaving a lasting impression not only on the company but also on the many people who had the opportunity to work with him.<\/p>\n\n
