IMEAS cleaning systems are the answer to the diverse needs of modern grinding and honing lines. Rotating brushes enable rapid removal of debris prior to machining, preserving material integrity and increasing the life of abrasives. High-pressure air-knives create a powerful, targeted airflow that removes the finest particles, especially useful on smooth, sensitive surfaces. For special applications, cross-brushes provide a higher level of cleanliness, essential for MDF panels destined for painting or for stainless sheets intended for anti-finger treatment. In wet lines, high-pressure water washing tunnels, brushes and final drying ensure complete removal of oily residues and particles, keeping the surface ready for subsequent treatments.
