IMEAS liquid filtration and mist suppression solutions are the ideal complement for high-performance metal and advanced plastics grinding lines. Filtration can be through gravity systems, suitable for small to medium volumes and low maintenance, or through vacuum systems, perfect for continuous processing and high flow rates.
To increase efficiency, systems can be equipped with dredges to remove chips and coarse particulate matter, as well as cartridge filters that reduce residual fine particles. Mist suppression, which is integrated in-line, helps improve air quality, reduce health risks and comply with the strictest environmental regulations.
