Product Description.
IMEAS air filtration and dust abatement systems are designed to suit different plant configurations, from simple single machines to complex multi-unit lines. Depending on the type of processing, filter bag solutions can be adopted for continuous use and large volumes of air, or filter cartridge systems ideal for more compact plants or noncontinuous use.
The entire range is designed to ensure maximum filtration efficiency, low energy consumption and minimal maintenance, thanks to automatic regeneration systems and pressure monitoring sensors. All models are ATEX certified and suitable for suction of potentially explosive or combustible dust. In addition, the systems can be equipped with spark/fire detection systems and integrated with water or CO₂ extinguishing systems, ensuring the highest level of safety.
Due to the modularity of the structure, the systems can be tailored to the customer’s layout, with options for external exhaust or internal recirculation of treated air.
