Product Description.
The RCS-RB is a single-unit sander designed for continuous working on rubber blankets and flexible materials with widths up to 2900 mm and thicknesses from 0.5 to 7 mm. At the heart of the system is the steel, ground, gram-balanced calibrating roller, flanked by the ground rubber Billy Roll with micrometric adjustment. An innovative mechanism makes it possible to quickly vary the contact angle between the abrasive belt and material, optimizing the transition between grinding and finishing without the need to stop the machine. The blanket is kept perfectly flat thanks to the automatic tensioning system, while the integrated thickness control regulates the process in real time.
