The new HS series – High-Pressure Laminates Sander – is IMEAS’ latest evolution for surface grinding of HPL sheets and flexible coils. Developed to ensure high productivity, consistent quality and reduced setup time, the machine combines traditional IMEAS experience with a modern, compact design.

Product Description.

The three-stage feed system keeps the material perfectly in traction even with very thin thicknesses (down to 0.5 mm), while the workhead, equipped with a rubber calibrating roller, ensures uniformity of thickness and consistency of finish.

Each HS comes with: electrical and pneumatic panel on board the machine, integrated cleaning and deionization units, Siemens PLC with touch HMI, and possibility of electronic head management and recipes (option).

The series consists of 4 versions:
– HS-BL: lower head for HPL sheets
– HS-BC: lower head for coils
– HS-TL: upper head for sheets
– HS-TC: upper head for coils
