PL, Film coating machines

PL series laminating machines (also known as film spreaders) are designed to protect processed surfaces from dust and scratches by applying a self-adhesive plastic film. The electro-welded construction ensures sturdiness and reliability, allowing the machines to be easily integrated into sheet metal, coil or mixed lines.

Product Description.

Automatic film application is the heart of the machine, while film cutting can be done manually for small production volumes or automatically for larger production lines. The patented “Zero Cut” version allows the film to be cut precisely at the beginning and end of the sheet, facilitating subsequent release of stacked sheets and improving production efficiency.
