PMC & PFlock, SuperMirror polishers
IMEAS’ SuperMirror machines are designed to achieve the highest degree of polishing of sheet metal, achieving a perfectly reflective and homogeneous surface. Thanks to the innovative design with vertical spindles, these machines combine multiple movements to ensure high-precision results with minimal roughness (Ra=0.001μm) and reflectivity of 600°Gloss or higher.

Product Description.
SuperMirror machines are ideal for mirror polishing applications of CR sheets for decorative and architectural use, as well as for light grinding and finishing of CR/HR sheets. The machines are used to achieve high reflectivity (hi-gloss) on press plates, ideal for the production of decorative laminates. In addition, these machines find use in the production of industrial tanks and containers for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
