The IMEAS RCS grinding machines are equipped with a large-diameter contact roller, enabling precise and uniform sheet processing. The innovative pressure rolls—an IMEAS exclusive—keep the sheet perfectly flat during machining, while the hydraulically actuated backup roller (billy roll) provides the counterforce required to ensure optimal results. All hydraulic movements are managed by a dedicated power unit, allowing for precise control and smooth operation. RCS grinding machines are available for coil and sheet processing, and for dry or wet operations, offering a versatile solution to meet different production requirements.
