Description
A range of machines engineered for processing the widest, longest and heaviest panels in the World!
With useful widths of 3200mm and 3600mm we offer top/bottom or top-only configurations. Optimal calibration is achieved through a wide diameter roll and specially designed sanding platens deliver a smooth, homogeneous finish. Moreover, the very long abrasive belt (4000mm) assures long life and reduced maintenance. Every machine is equipped with Full Control System (FCS) technology and can be combined with our Cross-Belt sander.

- Heavy-duty electro-welded frame
- Main motors up to 200 kW
- Feed system using special Imeas gearboxes
- Upper feed rolls equipped with Shock Absorption System to minimize the panel impact
- FCB system for the control of the abrasive belt
- FCS system for total control of the machine
- Useful widths: 3200mm, 3600mm (others on request)
